How do I place an order?

Start by completing the contact form or reaching out by phone/email and sharing your window/door list, sketches, or drawings - any format works. We’ll review the scope, confirm details, and prepare a clear proposal with pricing and options. Once you approve the offer and payment is arranged, we register the job and move it into production.

Where can I see your products?

The best experience is in our showroom in Linden, New Jersey - by appointment so we can prepare the exact samples you want to see. Use the contact form or the details on our Contact page to schedule a visit. If you prefer to see products in the field, explore our Portfolio to locate completed projects near you; we can often coordinate a site viewing when appropriate. Either way, you’ll get a clear sense of build quality, operation, and finishes before you decide.

When should we start the process?

Begin once your drawings and measurements are final - that keeps revisions and re-quotes to a minimum and speeds everything up. We recommend contacting us ~4 months ahead of your target installation: our typical production lead time is around 3 months, and we use the additional month to review the scope with you, answer questions, lock selections, and coordinate delivery so the schedule stays predictable.

How does delivery work?

We offer three straightforward options:
1. Warehouse pickup (Linden, NJ): You (or your installer) collect the order.
2. EuroDwell-arranged domestic shipping: We book our partner carrier at cost and coordinate timing with your site contact.
3. Customer-arranged carrier: You handle the booking; we’ll prep and load to your specs.
Need a direct container from Europe to your job site? That’s possible by special arrangement - contact us to review costs, site access, and timing.

Can I review samples and color/finish options before ordering?

Absolutely. You can book an appointment at our Linden, NJ showroom (through the Contact page) to review full units, handle profile samples, study cross-sections, and compare color swatches side by side. If a visit isn’t feasible, just submit the Contact form with your scope and preferred looks; our sales team will respond with high-quality photos, technical cutaways, and tailored color palettes so you can make an informed choice without the trip.

What are your payment terms?

Orders are processed on a 50/50 basis. A 50% deposit confirms specifications and starts manufacturing. The final 50% is required before we release the goods - for pickup from our Linden, NJ warehouse, for EuroDwell-arranged domestic shipping, or for a direct container shipment to your job site. This keeps timelines predictable and ensures your units are ready to move as soon as production is complete.

Where do you manufacture?

All production is based in Poland, where we build to rigorous European standards and quality checks. Completed units are then shipped to our Linden, New Jersey facility for stateside receiving, coordination, and delivery - so you get Polish manufacturing quality with local U.S. logistics and service.

Is double-hung available?

We don’t offer classic double-hung windows. Our focus is European tilt-turn because it delivers tighter compression sealing, higher energy and acoustic performance, and easier cleaning. If your project or HOA calls for a double-hung aesthetic, we’ll replicate the style - profiles, proportions, and grids - while keeping the tilt-turn’s functional advantages. You get the heritage look with modern performance and reliability.

Do you offer nailing flanges?

We can provide nailing flanges when needed - however, European systems typically perform best with direct frame anchoring and sealing tapes rather than flanges. If your project or local practice calls for flanges, we’ll support it: uPVC lines and select aluminum profiles have integrated flange options, and our team can share install details or connect you with an experienced installer to execute it correctly.

What performance can I expect?

As a baseline, we deliver U ≈ 1.3 W/m²K (≈ 0.23 BTU/h·ft²·°F) and STC ≈ 25. Need more? We can engineer for stricter energy or acoustic goals, and we’ll also dial solar/light performance - SHGC (solar heat gain) and VT/Visible Light Transmission - to suit orientation, climate, and design intent. Share your numbers; we’ll build the package to meet them. 1.13. What sizes and shapes d

What sizes and shapes do you have available?

Everything we supply is made to measure - no stock sizes. Rectangles are standard, but we can evaluate custom shapes case by case. Share your concept and dimensions; we’ll confirm feasibility. (We don’t keep ready-to-ship inventory.)

Do you provide installation?

Our model is supply-first. In the Linden, NJ / New York City region, we can arrange installation with trained local pros; across the rest of the U.S., we’ll connect you with vetted installers and stay engaged - sharing specs, details, and schedules - so the onsite work aligns with the product
and your timeline.

What warranty do you offer on products and hardware?

We back our windows and doors with a 25-year warranty across the assembly and hardware. It reflects our confidence in European manufacturing, tight tolerances, and durable finishes. In short: long service life, fewer callbacks, and support that matches the product.

Where can I see your prices?

Pricing is project-specific. Quantities, unit sizes, glazing, finishes, hardware, and delivery logistics all affect cost, so we build a clear, line-by-line quote for your exact scope. Send us basic measurements (a schedule, sketch, or plans) through the Contact page, and our team will prepare
a precise proposal for your review.

What about tariffs?

We provide landed, all-in pricing: duties, tariffs, and import costs are included on our side. Once you approve the proposal, your price is locked - even if tariff rates move. This reduces the risk of mid-project surcharges that can affect some Asia-sourced products amid changing U.S.–Asia trade policies. In short, you get European manufacturing with U.S.-style price certainty.

Do you have minimum order sizes?

No strict minimums. Smaller orders are most practical in the NJ/NYC area; farther locations can see shipping costs outweigh product value. If you’re comfortable with freight, we’ll quote it anywhere.

Can you quote from architectural drawings?

Absolutely. We can quote directly from PDF architectural drawings, window/door schedules (tables), or a simple list of sizes and quantities. PDFs are ideal for clarity and markups; DWG files aren’t necessary and are less convenient for our workflow. If anything needs clarification, we’ll flag it before finalizing the proposal.
